My Updated Film Title - 'The Invite'

Having conducted my audience research questionnaire and having filmed some of the shots for trailers, my original name no longer feels appropriate, therefore I will be changing the name of my film to something more suitable.

The name I have chosen for my film is 'The Invite'. This relates more clearly to my narrative as it is the invite to a mutual friend's wedding which brings my two protagonists together. I feel that this title matches some of the conventions I found when analysing titles; it is short, has a narrative link and references the reason the couple are thrown together (an invite to a wedding, an event typically found in romantic comedies).
